Meet the Team

Andrea bellamy

HR Director

Andrea has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years, starting out as an HR Assistant and working her way up to HR Director level. Across these roles, she has herself managed HR teams and knows first hand the issues that business owners face.

Over the years, she’s gained a wealth of experience across both the public and private sectors, but her real passion lies in supporting private sector businesses with practical, down-to-earth HR and employment law advice.

Known by her clients as an Employer Champion, Andrea is all about helping employers feel confident and in control when it comes to managing their people. Whether it’s updating employee handbooks, navigating tricky employee relations issues, or keeping businesses up to speed with the latest legal changes, Andrea’s goal is to take the pressure off and provide real, no-nonsense support that works in the real world.

Outside of work, Andrea is heavily involved in the British Skydiving community, where she volunteers as a Competitions Judge – proof she thrives under pressure and has an eye for detail! When she’s not in the sky (or judging others who are), she loves spending time with her family, her two mischievous Labradors, and getting stuck into some gardening—her perfect way to unwind.

Nicola Shaw

Nicola plays a vital role in supporting our clients with the day-to-day delivery of HR and Employment Law consultancy services.
 
With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Nicola provides invaluable support in preparing and updating employee handbooks, ensuring they reflect the latest UK employment law changes and best practice guidance.
 
Nicola’s organised and efficient support ensures our clients receive timely, high-quality documentation and advice tailored to their needs.
 
In addition to her passion for HR, Nicola holds a degree in Media Professional Studies, which fuels her love for photography, filming, and graphic design in her free time.
 
When she’s not immersed in her work, volunteering at her children’s school, or enjoying being creative; she loves to be out exploring new places across the UK, making memories with her husband and two children in their caravan.
 
She also loves dancing, singing, reading, crafting, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
